School Integrated Pest Management Plan
It is the District's goal to protect every student from pesticide exposure by using an Integrated Pest Management approach to pest management. Our IPM approach focuses on making the school buildings and grounds an unfavorable habitat for pests by removing food and water sources and eliminating hiding and breeding places. The District accomplishes this through routine cleaning and maintenance. The District routinely monitors the school buildings and grounds to detect if any pests are present. If pests are found, the District uses safe methods to remove the problem.
